Dear Residents:
On Tuesday, November 6, 2007, I was re-elected to serve as Allegheny County Chief Executive for another four years. Not only am I the first Chief Executive to successfully win a second term, but because of your support, I can also continue the tremendous progress our region has made over the past four years.
I look forward to continuing our efforts to streamline county government, expand economic opportunities, stimulate airport area growth, reclaim our brownfields and enhance our county parks.
Each week, the In The News section of the website is updated to include information about recent county intiatives, programs and announcements, as well as articles discussing politics across the Commonwealth.
